can anybody teach me on how to make our body lighter so the electron,neutrons,& protons flow upwards.so i can levitate using 6th chakra plz help me .

Transendental meditation claims to levitate human body in its last level.
Yes, ancient hindu literature suggests a lot of things which do turn true , in an arguably different way.
There is / was this guy called Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who taught this . But believe me you , this is all an eye wash for now.
I have seen these guys, they actually jump with cross legs.

Besides i am not aware of any protons neutrons or electrons in a human body.

Are they the same thing and what are there similarites and differences?

The two most well known cultures which have developed systems for working with energy are India and china.
If you want to be technical about it, the idea of people having an energetic field that should be worked with is a much larger part of Chinese culture than that within India. However, India has been much more exposed to the west than china (since they were colonized by the British for a while), so much more of their practices have become known over here. A couple of people earlier on took some of the Hindu and yoga practices and blended them into a discipline called theosophy.
More recently, theosophy and parts of christianity were blended together to create the new age movement, and since a large part of it comes from indian practices, the notion of Chakras has become quite well known in the west.

In india they have a narrower discipline of working with the bodies energies (termed prana), and one of the main things they focus on within that system is doing stuff with the chakras, energetic centers in the body. The people in the west that latched onto this system (in my opinion) didn't fully understand it, so as a result a huge emphasis is placed on the chakras and they are viewed as the great key to spirituality and everything which could possibly matter.

The chinese system terms the bodies energy "chi" and they have thousands upon thousands of ways to work with the energy in your body. In some ways it's correct to say chi=prana, but the indian definition is much narrower.
One of the reasons so many methods exist is because a lot of different energetic systems exist within the human body (one of which is the accupuncture meridian lines), and each energetic system requires a different method to be worked with.
One of those systems is the "energy gates"* which are basically points on the body which act as transformer stations and boost the strength of chi flowing through your body. The overlap isn't perfect, but the 7 chakras basically correlate to some of the main energy gates in the body.

i have heard about charging energy chakras . How to do that ?

The best way to charge your energy chakras is to live a well balanced life. That is to say that you get healthy meals, get healthy sleep and have a healthy mental and emotional state.
Learn to fix these issues in your life and your chakras will be healthy, full and well functioning.
If you focus on the above instructions then you can move on to the energy work.
Which begins by relaxing your entire body and getting in a comfortable position. The imagine a ball of white light sit on the top of your head.
The slowly feel the the ball of white light descend moving into your head and then down your spine.Then down your legs to your feet. When it is at your feet the ball of light disperses and resumes at the crown of your head again.
You can do this exercise for as many times as you feel comfortable. And you can do this exercise lying down, sitting Indian style or standing.
Since you are beginning, I wouldn’t worry about color or a chakra in paticular. This exercise is to get the energy to flow. Once the energy starts flowing the chakras in themselves will respond in accordance. But again, to have healthy chakras I would begin by trying to create a balanced healthy lifestyle. Not too extreme and not too lacksidasical.

Ohkay I'm trying to open my chakras, because my friends has a book on it and I think it would be cool. He's got me hooked on it now, and I really,really want to open them. Every time I try, I get really dizzy and lightheaded, and I don't feel like I've accomplished anything but a headache. Pointers please?
