VAHE BERBERIAN AT HIS BEST! Along with personal stories and meditations on the Armenian condition, Vahe tries to find an answer to the question Are the Armenians truly happy, or as an Irish newspaper claims are we the saddest nation on the planet? Vahe performed Dagaveen for over four months at Rococo in Pasadena, California, and has taken the show on the road to various cities in the U.S., Canada and Europe to packed audiences. The DVD is in Western Armenian and contains language that is not suitable for children.

During his childhood he appeared in a few of his fathers movies starting from the age of 5 He moved around alot as a kid from NY, LA, London & connecticut when he was 10 he went to the perry house school in Chelsea london where he learnt dance then as a teen he attended stage door manor, then dropped out of Santa Monica high school to follow his dream as an actor he worked many jobs as a bus boy, in a nightclub and a shoe store He then was discovered by an agent and signed him up for movies he signed on for SNL but only for one season then became a member of the brat pack while filming the movie weird science, after breaking a 7 year relationship with Sarah Parker he then married model/actress Deborah Falconer which they then had a son in 1993 named Indio he was then nominated for an Oscar for Chaplin.He began to get more and more into trouble by the age of 8 he had been subjected by his father and close friends marijuana growing up in an environment of doing drugs & during Less Than Zero it made his addiction worse he began to do coke in 1987, he had many people helping him his wife, Mel Gibson, Jodie Foster, Sean Penn etc but it wouldnt work not even having a son helped him his addiction was too strong.From 1996-2001 he was arrested on drug/weapon charges, of heroin, cocaine, marijuana, Valium & an unloaded 557 caliber pistol becoming the bad boy out partying with strippers loaded and on more drugs. a month after his first arrest he was set on parole he was under the influence of drugs and sent to 3 years of probation. in 97 he missed out on a drug tests and was sentenced for 4 months in prison while being interviewed by the FBI. still continuing to do more movies he really didnt want to do, he was then arrested when he went into a strangers home he was sent to 3 years in jail he had a team of lawyers who reminded the judge that he had done that amount requested they shortened his time he then spent 16 months in corcoran California state prison he spent 2 weeks in a reception for orientation when he witnessed inmates shot by guards in an exercise yard his lawyers demanded that he be released he got in fights in jail but a little while later he was released on a $50,000 bail. A Week after being released he appeared in Ally McBeal where the ratings had gotten higher and he had won an academy award but they fired him after he was arrested on thanksgiving by an anonymous call they found him in palm spring under the influence of Cocaine and Valium he was then sent to do rehab to avoid more jail time during all that he felt that being on Ally was the lowest part of his life & he didnt care if he ever acted again Then being released with him being in rehab he had lost out on movies, then being released to appear in Elton John’s video ‘I want Love’ it was his big comeback he appeared in movies such as Lethargy, the singing detective and whatever we do then having his divorce finalized he had a relapse in 2003 but this time having an Epiphany while going to burger king he then tossed all of his dope into the ocean, deciding right then and there to clean up his act He then released his new album The Futurist which sold over 16,000 copies in it’s first week, getting back on track he then met the love of his life Susan Levin then on her 30th birthday he proposed to her and they got married on August 27th 05 becoming in bigger movies He stated in 2006 he’s in the process of writing his autobiography and releasing a new CD. He has worked hard to get where he is he has to thank his family, doing therapy, meditation, 12-step recovery, yoga & wing chun described his religious beliefs as Jewish-Buddhist He has helped people who are going threw the same problems, gave to charities to people who have Diabetes, an eye wear that had been created especially to benefit the ists of young adults and teens to overcome drug-dependencies and many more And has been in many more movies such as Fur, Charlie Bartlett and the huge box office hit Iron Man which has made over $565,151,707 world wide which is a movie that has given him more fame and respect And has many new projects coming out such as Sherlock Holmes and iron man 2. im so proud of him he has really touched us all with the tragedy he has been through he is still the most amazing beautiful human being a creative genius, a mega talented, honest, sexy, adorable, gorgeous, hilarious, sweet, intense inspiring man his past mistakes has made him who he is he’s indestructible he has become much stronger and is over his past we all should be over his past
