my friend have been in boot camp for 11 weeks, by the 7th week she ask for a chapter 11,she received a lock of motivation. she sign the last three paper last monday and she was told to count 5 days excluding weekends in order for her to receive the package back and go to 120th, it has been 5 days already and she haven't hear anything from her drill sargents, she was moved to another company with other holdovers. she is scared because she meet some other holdovers that have been waiting for the paper work for 18 and 19 weeks, what can she do or how long can a chapter 11 normally take in order to her to get back home, she tried to ask the first and the drill sargent but they didn't say anything to her, can someone tell us what to do,where to go,to know something about her sitution because she doesn't want to be there for 18 or 19 weeks

This study examined the relationships between American travelers’ unconscious needs for achievement, affiliation, and power and their preferences for adventure, culture, business, and escape tours. Seven Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) pictures prompted respondents to create 980 related stories and the unconscious needs for achievement, affiliation, and power were scored. The null hypotheses were that American travelers’ unconscious needs do not relate with their travel preferences for tour packages. Two strong relationships were detected: one between the need for achievement and the preference for an adventure tour; and the other between the need for affiliation and the preference for a culture tour. This study concurred with the validity of McClelland’s (1985) theory of motivation and discovered the relationships between American travelers’ unconscious motives and their preferences for tour packages. Implications of management and marketing in tourism were discussed.

I am in the middle of putting a deal together that has a valuation of $13 million. The reasons for the deal, and terms do not include intangible factors, but those intangibles are the motivation on both sides. I need to base a finders fee on the $13 million, but have also been a key contributor to the evolving business plan. I want to structure a reasonable compensation package but have no idea how to do that. My expertise is NOT that of an agent or consultant. My primary concern is that I provided the vision, but will be circumvented too early. Naturally, that is a loss for me, but I think it is typical for the visionary element to be removed…with subsequent loss of vision comes the failure of the entire plan. I do have a vested interest in the overall success of the concept, for personal reasons not financial. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments on my thinking process.

There is a wide spread in what the deal is worth to the parties and what they would be willing to pay. We have paid anything from 2.5% to 20% depending on the deal and who we are dealing with. The factors include

- how safe is the deal
- how bad do they need the deal
- how much profit is in the deal
- how much work did you do
- do they need you to make the deal work
- do they want you to bring them your next idea

Usually fees are negotiated up front or early in the process. Tell you what, for a reasonable fee I will negotiate for you

Even though the anxiety accumulated in me can alter my being, can drive my life and can ameliorate any progress from getting done, it can also inspire a hand-full. When I'm thoroughly invested into what I'm doing, whether it be reading or writing an essay, I can revel a torrid of things. All the while, I'm ricocheting back and forth between tasks, my mind a tornado yet the tornado in my mind is one I like. For tornado's, all though swivel, and spin and folly un-accordingly , still remain intact in the whirlpool nature intended it to swivel in. I love this rush. Beyond many things. I feel fulfilled and I'm content and more when fully invested in doing something I love and will feel proud of, mostly for the hard work and heart put into it all. A devastatingly romantic symphony would explain it best. It'll start out slow with beats going faster. You have percussion, strings, piano and more. Those represent the thoughts, the feelings and the actions. The speed of the song represents the motivation, hard work and sometimes a climax. And the precision, pristine and amazingly tied together elements of it sounding key for key is the symbol for contentment. Confusion is obliterated whilst deeply in the mix of doing what I excruciatingly love; creating, living and discovering. Not much euphoria has been derived from things. Often people, but only for what they do (more precisely, how they did it) and what they say (or how they say it). I am interested in words, I am interested in music, I am interested in looks, I am interested in feelings, and of course, I am interested in life. And with films, we can take those elements and cultivate it into this package: whether hope, inspiration, Enlightment or knowledge. Why would I settle on the mediocrity of "ring, ring" on the countless registers or the hangers I have consumed? Money does not help people. At least, most of the time. Clothes are not condolence and elite offers nothing to no one but pride, arrogance, and pity for the lower ones who only strive to emulate the elitist who suffer a broken record of imminent discovery that money can not make you pure or complete. I've tapped my last sullen soliloquy of "Oh, I wish" or "If only". The wish is in me and the only is beside it. The only thing I see to stop me is death. And it's not a race. I will not race death or race life. The universe has granted me more than I can hope for and I demand nothing at all from it at all from this point on. I have in my view all it takes for the ones who think it "impossible". So, why I ask you, myself and the precarious girl locked inside me, has it taken this Goddamn long?

That’s right … carbon tax is coming to an America near you. With the bailout bill package, they bundled a program to audit the tax code to identify exactly what will be subjected to carbon tax.

See Section 117 –CARBON AUDIT OF THE TAX CODE.
“(a) STUDY.–The Secretary of the Treasury shall enter into an agreement with the National Academy of Sciences to undertake a comprehensive review of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to identify the types of and specific tax provisions that have the largest effects on carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions and to estimate the magnitude of those effects.”

If you have anything left after the bailout causes the dollar to dive, they will come for it in the form of a carbon tax.

With or without the carbon tax provisions, the bailout bill is a fraud on the part of the bankers. IF there is any doubt in your mind whether that is so, read this excellent short independent media analysis. It explains in layman’s terms why the Paulson program is a fraud.

The owners of the media want this bailout. They have been covering up the aspects of the bailout that expose it for the fraud that it is. They know they can get away with that because most people will not bother reading the bill.
