Solar plexus is the area right under the curve at the bottom middle of the breast cavity (right under the sternum). I don't think it has any particular function, but I do know that it's a good place to strike somebody for karate (knocks the wind out of them) and CPR chest compressions need to be 2 finger lengths above it.

I am suffering from the displacement of solar plexus but instead of loose motions I suffer from constipation due to Solar Plexus shifts upwards. please tell me what should i do.Due to this displacement i also feel loss in erection and loss in ejaculation force.Please help me as i get this problem very frequently.

Solar Plexus move upwards or downwards. Upwards causes constipation and downwards causes diarrhoea. The cause mostly is jumping or landing on one leg or pressure falling on one leg. In the morning in empty stomach do Uttanapadasana (lying on the floor in a mat hand comfortably on both sides, lift the head lightly upto shoulder level and lift the legs straightend upto 6 inches above ground level and look towards the tips of the toe. Do it four five times. Use three fingers thumb index and middle fingers together and keep them pressed on the navel lightly. You can feel the pulsation. When you feel the pulsation move the the fingers up and down to confirm where exactly the solar plexes are located or displaced. Accordingly you will know how to correct it. There are many methods. I will write the easier ones:

1. Lye down flat on the floor with a mat underneath. Keep both legs together. Ask a partner to check both the thumbs. Both the thumbs of legs should be brought together and checked. One of them will be low and the other will be higher. Ask a third person to keep pressed the knee of the leg on which the thumb is lower. And Pull the thumb a few times. Check again. The thumbs will be in equal height. The solar plexes have been corrected.

2. More stubborn cases: Lye down facing floor. Ask the partner to lift up your left hand and the left leg catching from ankles and wrist. Ask him to place one of his legs very firmly in the centre of your back around L5 position. Carefully and slightly start pulling both leg and hand simultaneously upwards and towards centre perpendicular to your back. Alternate with the other hand and other leg. Do it one or two times. It should correct.

3. Much more stubborn cases: Lye down on the floor facing the floor. Catch both the ankles of the legs with respective hands like the way we do in Dhanurasan. It should be very firmly caught with a good grip. Ask the partner to stand in the middle portion of your body with his both legs on both sides of your body firmly earthed to the floor. He should be a strong person. Ask him to catch your ankle or your leg or wrist of your hand and ask him to lift you upwards whole body from the floor. It should be done very slowly. Do it once only. It will surely bring the navel in place.

Use Alumina 30 three doses(if the navel is abnormally pulled back) and for constipation. Use Spigelia 30 one dose for pulled nerves, strangulated nerves, or pain around navel(dioscorea for radiating pains)Arnica 30 for regular pains.

This is where i'm most under-active.

This is where many, many folks are underactive. Some of the best remedies for this are as follows: 1) Sing! Singing with its attendant deep breathing, stimulation of the solar plexus and sometimes long phrasings where breath control is needed, is an EXCELLENT practice and remedy for any one w/ an underactive or stopped third chakra. 2) Artistic expression of any kind can help to unblock this chakra, so get out those paints and clay. Creative expression can help immensely w/ balancing the entire body, especially those first three chakras. 3) Think about it: Sunniness, yellow, warmth, summer, buttercups, lemon yellow, chamomile tea, honey, the company of sunny, happy friends…all these can deeply help. So can dandelion wine and any liver/gall bladder herb esp. if the imbalance is caused by a clogged liver or GB. 4) Laughter, and rolling around in the gardens and fields being silly. Oftentimes, ppl. w/ third chakra imbalances can hold themselves rather stiffly and have great difficulty playing, or even beginning to access their creative eneries. Hang out w/ kids!!!!! 5) Play a musical instrument for the same reason as singing. I have more ideas, contact me by e-mail if you'd like or need them!

Third chakra issues are often an issue of life not being "sweet enough". Untreated, they can become serious diseases, such as diabetes, pancreatitis, liver disorders, intestinal disorders, cancer and death. It is also immensely difficult to balance the upper chakras if something is awry w/ the three lower ones. Difficult, but not impossible.

is it lethal, will it make me go to court or something?

solar plexus, dense cluster of nerve cells and supporting tissue, located behind the stomach in the region of the celiac artery just below the diaphragm. It is also known as the celiac plexus. Rich in ganglia and interconnected neurons, the solar plexus is the largest autonomic nerve center in the abdominal cavity. Through branches it controls many vital functions such as adrenal secretion and intestinal contraction. Popularly, the term “solar plexus” may refer to the pit of the stomach. A blow to that area, if it penetrates to the true solar plexus, not only causes great pain but may also temporarily halt visceral functioning.
I know all that gobbledy gook may not answer your question….doubtful that you could hit someone there hard enough for it to be fatal. You can cause them pain sure and knock the wind out of someone.
Court absolutely…the act of striking someone constitutes assault. It is possible that you are defending yourself and if so then court may not be there but we live in such a litigous society that someone can sue anyways.
