Brilliant. Very well written, and you actually used good grammar. I'm a grammar nazi, and I hate when people just gonore it. Makes me want to rip my hair out. Anyway, back on subject. There were a few sentences that seemed a bit unnecessary, but other than that it was very nicely done. You should write more. I'd love to continue reading it.

My Chakra colors are not the same as what I have seen in books.
Mine are,
Crown is Bright blinding white
Brow is Blueish white, Like a blue flame just more white.
Throat is deep purple
Heart is Golden yellow
Solar plexus is grass/forest green
Sex is lavender
Root is a spiraling rainbow

Does anyone know any information that could help me understand this better?

Wow!!! These colors are beautiful. It is a blessing! It sounds like you might be a very spiritual person. Do you have the power of vision? Having blue and white in the eye chakra means you are capable of it, and communicating with your mind since it is the place you attain your psychic power and intelligence. What happens to the throat- (visuddha) Chakra, when you have invasive medical procedures like a Thyroidectomy done? Is there a void or unbalance left? If so, is there a remedy?

The energy there will definately be affected…it would be wise to have some Reiki or Healing touch done after the surgery. Be sure to utilize your throat chakra as much as you can post surgery through expression.

I have this weird thing that i think may be a phobia. I cant stop touching a certain part of my neck. It used to only happen when I would consciously think about it but now I do it unconsciously and I’ve had people point it out to me. Right now it’s hard for me to type this because I can’t stop touching that spot on my neck. I’ve had this problem for awhile and its starting to interfere with my school work.I can’t even stop when i’m in school. I fall asleep with my hands at my throat because the spot has to be touched. I’ve heard that it may be linked to my throat chakra and if it is I need to know why I do it. Is it a Phobia? Is it Spiritual? And if someone knows, how can I stop having this compulsive touching of my neck? I have no other symptoms of compulsiveness if it is linked to OCD. I am not obsessed with cleanliness I have no special habits no obsessive routines, just this constant need to touch my neck. If it may be linked to my past I have no recollections of dramatic events that would pretain to this. Its only been going on for about a year now. well maybe longer I dont rightly remember, but if anyone has any answers or any advice on how I could stop please help me. Because this obsession is starting to take control of my life.

It might be Tourret's- involuntary tics that you really can't control. Many people do things like this and they don't even realize it. A lot of people bite their nails, touch their face, constantly washing their and many other things. There's nothing wrong with you, but just like many other people you have a tic that you can't really control. Happens to plenty of people.

Would be interesting if the reason for our 7 chakras was 7 main planets or ANYTHING to do with planets. In the same way that certain plants resemble birds in a given area.
Life tends to "match" in every way……..

My understanding of the chakra colors is as follows: 1-Red 2-Orange 3-Yellow 4-Green 5-Blue 6-Indigo 7-Violet

If there was any relationship of the colors chosen, they would be orderly not random.

Mercury-gray
Venus-reddish yellow
Earth-blue with patches of white, brown, and green
Mars-reddish brown
Jupiter-orange with white
Saturn-yellow with white
Uranus-light blue
Neptune-blue

dwarfplanet Pluto-light brown/tan. We will not be able to get a clear picture of what this world looks like until the New Horizons probe reaches Pluto in 2015.

In your hypothesis, you want to pick and match colors of the chakra to planets randomly. Even this procedure fails. It was a question worth pondering but I cannot find any truth to it. Your hypothesis that plants look like birds (?) does not apply here.
