Hadi Choopan is bursting out of his skin 12 weeks from 2024 Mr. Olympia, showcasing muscle volume and insane density. Taking to Instagram on July 18, 2024, the former Mr. Olympia sent a warning shot to his competition, courtesy of his latest physique update.
‘The Persian Wolf’ plans to win back his Mr. Olympia title against his teammate Derek Lunsford later this year. In 2023, Choopan narrowly dropped gold despite many believing he had the tools to win a second time. Nevertheless, Choopan accepted defeat, promising to come back better than ever.
Instead of biding his time, Choopan got back on the saddle, competing at the 2024 Arnold Classic Ohio and UK contests, both of which he won handily against finalist Samson Dauda. His fellow rival, Nick Walker, believes the package he brought to Ohio would have soundly beaten Lunsford on the Olympia stage last year, leading to even more discussions about who will walk away victorious at the marquee event in less than three months.

Here is what Choopan’s coach and fans had to say about the update:
“👀👀👀👀” his coach Hany Rambod shared.
“🔥🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥 the king is back”
“King🔥👑”
“Eternal pride 👑🐺 Put Sando next to the wolf, the unrivaled version is bringing 🔥🔥🔥🐺🥇”
“Time to comeback 🔥”
Coach Hany Rambod has promised that ‘The Persian Wolf’ and Lunford will bring their all-time best packages to the stage in Las Vegas. Choopan will face a deep lineup of talent this year. Aside from Lunsford, Walker, and Dauda, athletes have been qualifying for the prestigious show all season long. Wild cards will also be looking to knock Choopan down a peg, including Rafael Brandao, William Bonac, and Martin Fitzwater.
Although the Iranian native didn’t leave Mr. Olympia with gold last year, pundits of the sport like Milos Sarcev believe Lunsford is chasing the extreme conditioning levels of Choopan. He argues that Lunsford will need additional chest density and dryness to contend with Choopan in the months to come.
It’s evident Choopan is doing everything within his power to become a two-time Mr. Olympia champion. Don’t miss the show’s epic return to Las Vegas, Nevada October 10-13 later this year!
